After a long wait, our most developed Y62 Headunit is finally Here.

RAS-Y62 PRO is built to suit any year model Nissan patrol Y62 or infinity QX80 & QX60 with fully plug & play wiring allowing you to remain all your vehicle factory functionalities such as factory 360 Camera system, parking sensors, steering wheel controls, rear headrest monitors (on Ti-L versions), factory Nissan setting menu and all other factory functions.

With 14 inch screen we now have done a 0.7Inch upgrade in size of the screen and also made the edging of this screen tinier compared to our previous model (RAS-Y62)

 

Just like the previous model this system also comes with both Wireless and Wired Apple Carplay & Android Auto ability and also now capable of supporting Hicar for all Huawei phones so basically RAS-Y62 PRO is Build for any Driver With any type of phone; The Carplay, Android Auto & Hicar connectivity allows you to use a selection of your favourite apps on the move including maps, music, phone calls and more

This car Headunit also features Bluetooth® 5 technology suitable for wireless music streaming as well as hands-free phone calls, with a new upgraded foam padded external microphone included to ensure all of your phone calls and voice commands are clear and free from cabin noise interference.

 

Analog clock

The new analog clock added to this system will bring that classic look to your vehicle interior it’s also just a perfect little touch to help all those who appreciate the true value of time.

 

 

 

 

Volume knobs

We all know how important it is to have the mostly used functions of your headunit to your easy access and what gets more used then volume adjustment or song skipping so to make it super easy and professional we have now added a volume and a track skip knob that have multiple functions

By turning the left knob to the right you can skip to your next song or next radio channel

By turning the left knob to the left you can go back to the previous song or radio channel

By pressing the left knob in once you will be able to pause your song and by pressing it again you can continue to play your song

By turning your right knob to the right you can increase the volume

And by turning the right knob to the left you can decrease the volume

By pressing the right knob in once you can mute your music and by pressing and holding it in you can make your headunit screen go to sleep mode

New Parking assist button

We call RAS-Y62 PRO our most developed headunit for reasons, one of those reasons is that we have been hearing feedbacks from our previous customers and as we always trying to develop we have tried to make something more suitable and functional for them one of the feedbacks we use to get a lot was customers finding it very difficult and annoying to control their vehicle factory parking sensors, they had issues as sensors couldn’t be turned off easily and to turn them off you had to move out of CarPlay, go to factory Nissan setting menu, and change some settings to turn them off, or had to be in reverse to be able to control your sensors which was a pain in many cases for many people. But with RAS-Y62 PRO we have said goodbye to these issues, by adding a new parking sensors button on the framing on the headunit our customers now can easily control their sensors with touch of a button so no more issues and dramas from your parking sensors.

Wireless charger

Another new added feature to RAS-Y62 PRO is the wireless phone charger, you now can leave your phone in the storage compartment of your headunit and have it charged wirelessly, something that wasn’t available on our previous version and can be very handy and useful option to have in your car.

USB C & USB A

Alongside with wireless charging, we have also added a new 3 amp USB C & a new 2.1 amp USB A to the storage compartment of RAS-Y62 PRO to make charging even easier for you.

 

DAB RADIO

For all those radio listeners we have got your back, now you don’t need to pay any extra to have DAB Digital radio added to your system as RAS-Y62 PRO comes with DAB radio so now you can enjoy listening to your most favorite radio channels anywhere with highest level of clarity and audio quality.

Fiber optic audio output

Are you a fan of high professional quality sound system? Well here we have the solution for you, alongside with your 2 RCA Audio outputs you now also get a Fiber optic Connection to provide you with highest level of sound output for your favorite sound setup.

Built in 3D 360 camera chip

If your patrol is a 2024+ and is lacking the 360 camera feature or you are just looking to upgrade your old 2D factory 360 camera setup to a high quality 3D 1080P Full HD 360 camera setup the good news is RAS-Y62 PRO has the needed chip for this upgrade built into it so you no longer need to pay extras to have this chip installed on your system, your system will come with this chip and whether at the time of purchase or at any point down the track you can upgrade your 360 Camera to a 3D high Quality 360 camera setup to suit your car.

Loom & design differences

On RAS-Y62 PRO apart from adding new features and functionalities we have also tried adjusting the build quality and design of the unit slightly, the storage compartment lid is no longer a pulling up opening lid, it now has springs and pressing locks added to it to make it just like a factory storage compartment lid, and you can open & close your storage compartment lid by just pressing it inwards.

Slight changes to the coloring & lighting of the unit has made RAS-Y62 PRO be looking way more classy and sharper then our previous model RAS-Y62

 

PLUG & PLAY Harness.

Factory Reverse & 360 camera

with this unit as it’s specifically designed for the y62 & infinity QX60 & QX70 you can remain your factory reverse camera & 360 camera fully plug and play. But you do also have the option to add them to your car if they don’t have 360 camera or upgrade them to a higher resolution and better quality 3D 360 camera setup, ask us about that if you interested.

Steering Wheel Control.

This unit even has build in steering wheel control (SWC) interface so you will remain all your steering Wheel Control function.

WIFI & Hotspot Connection.

just like all our other units RAS-Y62 Pro is also equiped with WIFI connectivity that allows you to connect it to any WIFI or your phone hotspot for internet use; by having Google PlayStore you are able to Download any apps on this unit such as Google map, Waze, Youtube, Netflix, spotify or any other app. (NOTE: USING APPS CONTAINING VIDEO DISPLAY THAT CAN DISTRACT THE DRIVER WHILE DRIVING IS HIGHLY DISAPPROVED BY US)

SIMCARD

If you don”t like the idea of hotspot and wifi connection hustle we have got another option for you and that is inserting a simcard, This unit is equipped with a simcard slot that allows you to insert a simcard and not stressing about WIFI conectivity for internet use.

Rear head rest monitors 

a question we get asked a lot is are these units compatible with rear headrest monitors the answer is yes they are definitely. however as DVDs are getting a bit old now days with this new unit you won’t be having a DVD input to insert DVDs, but instead you can have your rear Headrest monitors connected to this new screen and mirror the main screen to watch any apps such as YouTube Netflix prime Video Disney+ or any other apps on the rear headrest monitors but other than that, you can also insert USB or HDMI to have them played on your rear headrest monitor. You can also control each rear headrest monitor individually like you could do on your original headunit.

If you are thinking of having an Amplifire, Subwofer or even an external screen in your vehicle it’s important to know if the unit that you are purchasing has the ability to support it. our Headunit is equiped with 2 RCA Audio outputs, 2 RCA Audio input, 1 video output, 1 video input an AMP remote wire & 2 USB port to insure you be able to have further upgrades in your vehicle if you wish to.
